We offer free shipping outside EU on a case-by-case basis. After placing your order, we will contact you via email to discuss from where we will ship you the package.
Items need to be unworn in their original condition, with all tags attached. The items needs to be sent together with the Delivery Note within 14 days. The product must be returned in the same packaging as they arrived in, including all accessories. Also, we kindly ask our customers to give us feedback on the reason for the return – we are always trying to improve our products and systems.

2. Simply send us an e-mail at: support@getacetrack.com – write “return” and your order number in the subject line, and we will get back to you as soon as possible with instructions on what to do next.
As soon as we have received your return – we will make the refund. Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for the money to arrive into your bank account depending on chosen payment method.
Unfortunately we cannot administrate exchanges of items purchased online. If you want to make an exchange, please return the item/items and place a new order online.
